Return and Refund Policies

1. Return conditions:
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your work. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition.

2. Return procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact us at maximsnkpro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

3. Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Return costs:
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
